"Longing" 13x18in Fine Art Print

“Longing” was part of an eight piece series titled “The Wise and the Wilderness”. It was created with oil paint on canvas for a solo show at Haven Gallery in NY in 2019. "The Wise and the Wildrness" depicts a woman holding an orb that represents wisdom. In each piece the wisdom is being given, taken, lost, found, hidden, etc. In this piece the woman has the wisdom and is giving it to the little lion. The lion seems sweet and innocent but his wings are only pretend. Perhaps he is hiding his true motives.. 
 
Each print is created one at a time on demand by Julia Gabrielov. They are printed with a professional canon printer on a premium matt paper. These prints are not numbered but do not exceed one hundred copies. All prints are signed, titled, and dated on the back but can be signed on the front upon request.
